Refund policy

MediWares strive to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for orders within 30 days from the date of shipment. Any returns after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligible Products

• Must be returnable, unopened and unused.
• Must include order number, original receipt, or e-mail confirmation.
• Products must be in their original packaging with all safety seals intact
• A return request needs to be made within 30 days from the shipment date.
• Once a return has been authorized, it must be sent back to us within 14 business days of receiving the authorization.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure items are properly packaged for return. Items damaged during the return shipping process may be rejected upon inspection

To initiate a return, please contact our returns department via email at returns@mediwares.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send a confirmation email and process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the return process to be completed.
