1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, safety seals, and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required
Once a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back within 14 business days.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged. Items damaged during return transit due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return & Refund Scenarios
Exchange Requests
- Eligible within 30 days of delivery
- Processed after the returned item is received and verified
Change of Mind
- Accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and sealed
- The customer will bear return shipping costs
Faulty or Defective Items
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Photo or video proof is required
- Eligible for a free replacement or full refund, based on verification
Damaged Products
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images
- A replacement or refund will be provided after review
Wrong Item Received
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- A free return will be arranged, and the correct item will be shipped
Item Not Delivered
- Contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date
- We will investigate and provide a replacement or full refund, if applicable
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your Order ID and reason for return
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return shipping labels are provided only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is approved
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
6. Return Period Limit
